Lone Star Millions is the first scratch game issued by the State of Texas in 1992. This ticket is in mint unscratched condition. This rare ticket is hard to find in unscratched mint condition. Remember, lottery tickets are purchased to scratch and win money. When this lottery ticket as withdrawn from sale, the State of Texas recalled and destroyed all the remaining tickets.
